I have been coaching for 10 years and absolutely love helping people to clarify what is the best direction for them to move in, and then supporting and encouraging them through the changes ahead.
This can be centred on their professional life, or something deeply personal.
We only have one life and it is a waste of that life to live out of alignment with your true nature.

I use NLP techniques extensively in both Coaching and Hypnotherapy. I also have 30 years experience in meditation and teach various meditation techniques.

Fees

I offer an initial 30-40 minute free consultation, then if you want to go ahead I ask for a commitment of at least 4 50-60 minute sessions to enable you to get the most out of you coaching. This is payable in advance at £200.

After that you can book another block of 4 at the same price of £200, or pay as you go at £60 per session.

Payment can be made by cheque, cash or Paypal.
