I help people have breakthroughs in all sorts of areas of life. I'm patient and persistent, straight-talking and totally non-judgemental. I know that if you choose to commit to changing or achieving something, I can help you get there.
My approach is very open, flexible and unstructured, and based firmly on our relationship. This allows you to go beyond to-do lists, and explore whatever you need to to have the breakthroughs you want.
I've coached a wide range of individuals, businesses and executives. I work both in person and by phone, and offer a free sample session on request.
I take my own development very seriously, and have been continuously training with the internationally acclaimed Coaches Training Institute since I began coaching in 2004. In 2011 this led to me becoming one of the very few coaches in Scotland to attain the International Coaching Federation's PCC level of accreditation.
