The type of career coaching I offer will help you find the answers you're looking for.
I am a licensed Firework Career coach and have a wealth of tools and experience to help you understand who you are, what you have to offer and what sort of career suits you by helping you uncover your work motivators, strengths, skills, life purpose, passions/interests and values. Together we will look at what types of careers you are drawn to and using another set of coaching tools, help you turn your 'possibilities' into tangible ideas that you can develop and work with.
I provide a coaching environment that is safe, confidential and relaxed. A place where my clients can develop and try out new behaviors required for new challenges. I look to build confidence in both applying existing strengths to new situations and by helping clients think about their situations in a fresh way which helps them make new connections and find different ways of approaching a situation.
So how does it all work?
For career issues, I recommend a minimum programme of six sessions. Each session is an hour with the exception of the first session which is an hour and a half. Face to face or telephone coaching is equally effective, so you decide what suits you best.

Once we have had an initial chat or exchanged e-mails, I will be able to recommend the best coaching programme for your needs. All my programmes are well priced and comprise the following elements;
- Pre-session coaching questionnaire to be completed by the client plus selected exercises
- Extended DISC psychometric profile report provided to each client
- 1 hour coaching session held at the coach’s premises in Ealing, West London or over the telephone
- On-going support from coach between sessions via e-mail
