I am a fully qualified psychotherapist & counsellor. I have worked with people for many years now. People I work with often feel that their life is not how they want it to be - not in the right job, house, relationship - or an event has occurred which just seems too big to deal with. I can help with life coaching, counselling - through to depth psychotherapy.
I work in an integrative way which means I use a fusion of different skills to enable a fuller picture of the person to unfold. The sessions work with the person's process rather than fitting the person into a particular theory - everyone has similarites and yet everyone is different. So as well as talking, I work with body awareness, body symptoms (unexplained pains), breathwork for grounding, meditation, dreams, creative visualisation, drawing and others.
Where appropriate, I also bring the Transpersonal into the work. This embraces the concept that an individual has a central core which is seeking to express itself, to become fully known. It takes into consideration the connectedness of all things, the meaning of life and spiritual beliefs. When a person is off-balance or uncomfortable within themselves or a situation, the transpersonal sees this as the unconscious trying to bring into awareness new learning, new possibilities, new healing - a new level of consciousness to live your potential - the life you are meant to live!
As a fully qualified ITEC Massage therapist - I also have a good understanding of how the body works and relate my understanding to body symptoms which may arise as a result of what is happening to a person psychologically.

1 year Foundation in Counselling and Psychotherapy
4 year Diploma (Degree Equivalent) in Counselling and Psychotherapy
2 year Masters in Transpesonal Counselling and Psychotherapy
Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy (MBACP)
Member of the UK Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP)

£60.00 per session for individual
Some concessions available. 7 days required for cancellation or movement of session to another time/date.

This work is my passion and my goal is to help people become who they are meant to be and get the lifestyle they want.
