As a professionally trained Coach and Therapist, I specialize in weight and well-being coaching, coaching for eating distress/disorders and loving my years coaching. This is a specialist coaching experience for women over 40.I offer other coaching and therapy services, as listed below and more details on my website.

I am motivational, passionate and driven. I want absolutely the best for my clients. No one size fits all, unrealistic goals, gimmicks, quick fix promises or fad diets but an approach that works to get the results you want.

I attend conferences and seminars, continuing my training and development and researching the latest effective trends, always finding interesting and creative 'tools' to add to my bag.

Currently training as a Group Leader for 'Understanding your Eating', a programme for emotional eaters, developed by Professor Julia Buckroyd.

Phone sessions are available and quite usual for clients who lead busy lives, live further afield or outside the UK. I'll assess suitability when we first speak.
