I am a specialist Coach working with Women. I support my clients to recovery from eating disorders, binge and emotional eating habits and also provide Specialist Coaching that addresses the unique issues of midlife women and moving on in life after bereavement and ill health. I regularly write for quality websites and publications and am known as The Body Image Expert, because of my years of experience.
I work holistically, creatively inspiring change and have a unique approach to these complex issues.
