Jan's particular niche as a coach is in building confidence & self esteem, for which she also delivers workshops & training. She has vast experience of delivering training on a number of topics including self harm & rape & sexual abuse awareness. She has delivered numerous workshops on personal development and is a licensed trainer for both Susan Jeffers (Feel the Fear & Do It Anyway) and Dawn Breslin (Confidence for Life)
