I have been working in the field of personal development for over 25 years and have extensive experience in helping people to work through deep and complex issues.

I am very perceptive and intuitive and see underneath the surface of what might be stopping you from getting what you want. Which means we can get to the heart of the matter quickly and effectively.

I believe in whole person development, so will work with mind, body and spirit. The uniqueness of each individual and have a non-judgmental and open way of working.

My aim is to enable people to tap into their authentic essence and live a life which is both satisfying and joyful.

During our work together we will most likely work creatively and with metaphor. I believe this often takes people into their unconscious mind and has a more lasting impact.

However some people only need some very surface ideas and reevaluation to move to the next step.

Fees

In these economic times, people often put them self and their personal development and life journey on the back burner. Who we are on the inside is in my pinion the most important attribute we have.

For individuals who are not being sponsored by their organisation the fees are based on their ability to pay. Starting at £70.00 per hour up to £150.00 per hour. (To be negotiated)

I offer a half hour FREE meeting, when we will discuss your issue and then decide a way forward. If you are thinking about embarking on coaching which will change your life for better, I suggest you think in terms of 2 hours a month for 3 months as a starting point. You may need less or you may need more.

Further Information

I tend to work in 2 hourly sessions once a month and face to face. However we will find a plan that works well for you.
