Clare is insatiably curious about what makes us inspired, empowered and satisfied in life. Partnering with her clients to reveal their dreams and aspirations, Clare uses a compassionate yet firm approach to help shift insight into action through collaborative design of embodiment practices. She works with executives in need of the soft "EQ" skills, singles and couples to enhance their relationship skills, somatic students for supervision and anyone invested in self-development and possibility.
Clare also has a deep background in trauma and addiction, contributing "The Power of Somatics in Sobriety" to Being Human at Work. Her own book "Unwinding the Trauma/Addiction Bind" is being updated to reflect the latest developments in neuroscience.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
With degrees in law and psychology, Clare has been licensed in California as a Marriage and Family Therapist for sixteen years and certified as a Master Somatic Coach by Strozzi Institute (www.strozziinstitute.com) for a decade. She is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, a member of their Coaching division, and also of the Association for Coaching.

Clare is the only certified Master Somatic Coach in the UK and Europe - she offers somatic coaching to clients and supervision to SI students in their certification process.
