Frances combines these skills with over 12 years experience in the City, working with leading law firms specialising in business development, team development and change management.
Since becoming a mother Frances has developed a keen interest in supporting other mothers to realise their potential and gain a sense of balance, purpose and control. Delivering workshops or through 1-2-1 coaching, Frances is passionate about helping others gain the tools so they can make positive changes in their life, now and in the future.
