I offer tailor-made life and career coaching sessions to help you get clear about what you want in your personal life or work and take real steps to making it a reality. Working with me is an empowering and enjoyable process, helping you think creatively about your options and make decisions with clarity and confidence.
You can choose to have coaching face-to-face at my base in Bristol or by telephone so it doesn't matter where you live or work.
I specialise in helping people through career change and transition, helping people regain a sense of life purpose and working with small business owners to get their businesses on track.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am a fully qualified coach and hold a professional diploma from Coaching Development Ltd in London. The diploma took 18 months to complete, and included 20 days of live training and many hours of observed coaching practice.
I am accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation), as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). For this I passed an oral and written examination and engage in ongoing professional development.
I have more than 1100 hours of coaching experience gained since 2001 from working with over 200 clients on a huge variety of coaching topics.

Fees

I have a sliding scale of fees depending on the number of sessions booked and whether my client is a private paying individual or a corporate organisation, and on the scope of the coaching.
The range is £45 to £200 an hour.
