Profile
MyLifeGym provides one-to-one coaching for private clients, corporate employees and sports performers who are looking to make a change for the better. At the heart of this coaching is my dedication to help clients surprise themselves, to achieve the seemingly unachievable by developing their own true potential.
What is particularly significant about the coaching provided by MyLifeGym is the potential to make profound life changes in a relatively short amount of time. So even if you have been struggling with a particular issue for your entire life the potential remains for you to make a profound change in as little as five sessions.
How does MyLifeGym Coaching work?
The process involves three key phases:
Phase One: Clarification and Goal Setting - During this initial phase we will work to clarify what it is that you are looking to achieve from the coaching both in terms of the difficulties that you are currently facing and where you would like to get to by the end.
Phase Two: Developing Awareness and Implementing Strategies - By exploring the process by which the difficulties you are experiencing occur we will develop a basis to learn and implement the new techniques and philosophies to help you develop your potential.
Phase Three: Fine Tuning, Further Support and Ending - During this final phase we will look at how well these changes that have been implemented are working and whether or not we need to do any further fine tuning.
FAQs
What makes coaching work?
The success of coaching is largely dependant on the client's will to change in conjunction with the quality of the working relationship with their coach.
When would coaching not be right?
If you are experiencing a chronic or long term eating disorder, an addiction to drugs or alcohol, if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or are the victim of domestic abuse you should see your GP first for a referral to a specialist.
How many sessions will I need?
Typically, no more than five sessions is necessary.
How will I know if it is working?
Depending on the nature of the difficulty that you are experiencing you may notice change in two possible ways. First that you are no longer experiencing the difficulty you came to coaching to address eg you don't feel anxious or you aren't afraid of spiders any more. And second that you performance has seen a marked improvement eg: you are more confident, your results in competition or business have improved.
