I provide Executive, Business and Life coaching services to both individuals, teams and organisations many of whom may either be experiencing change, or who may wish to initiate change, either in the workplace or in their personal lives.
By asking the right questions I can help you or your team explore options, identify goals and potential obstacles; supporting you through the process of change or decision making.
The joy of coaching is that you have the solutions within yourself or your team, and my role is to explore what is important to you, ask questions and offer feedback.
Although coaching can be undertaken by telephone with individuals, I prefer to work face-to-face initially and work from premises in central Salisbury.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am an experienced social care professional with over 25 years experience of working in a variety of social care settings. I am a qualified social worker and have a degree in Psychology and Sociology.
I was introduced to coaching in the workplace in 2004 and although initially sceptical and cynical about its benefits and efficacy, found that good coaching enabled me to make changes that enhanced both my working and personal life and to do things that I may not previously have even considered an option. I undertook a number of in-house training courses before deciding to undertake a more extensive and in-depth course over the period of a year. I trained at the Iron Mill Institute in Exeter and completed my Diploma in Executive, Business and Life Coaching in 2008.

Fees
My fee's are variable and will depend both upon the type of coaching and where it takes place.
However, as a guide, for individual coaching that takes place at my premises in Salisbury I charge £45 an hour. After the first session, if we both agree to work together, all I ask is foreach subsequent session to be paid in advance.
I recommend that we contract for a minimum of 6 sessions initially depending upon the issues, which can be renegotiated during the course of our work together.
