I'm a qualified coach,specialising in behavioural profiling. I will work with you to increase your self awareness and encourage you to take positive steps towards what you really want.
It is my genuine belief that Coaching can help you achieve what you want. I will only work with clients who are serious about taking responsibility for themselves and are ready to start the journey.
I want to help you get the best results and I often find that creating a relaxed environment allows my clients to be in the best thinking space.
You are my ideal client if you are someone who is ready to take charge of something that's been holding you back, whether at home or work. I also work with clients in management roles who want to learn more about themselves and how to get the best from their teams.
Typical topics that I work with my clients on are confidence, self esteem, relationships, conflict and balance.
