Experience & Qualifications
Prior to setting up Work Life Design, I had a very successful career as a consultant organisational psychologist, working for the likes of BP, Exxon Mobil, Network Rail, National Air Traffic Services, and the MOD. I enjoyed many aspects of the job, but after 8 years working in the role, I found myself wanting to do something more meaningful.
I have completed a university-accredited, masters-level training course in Personal and Business Coaching. Now I use coaching and pscyhology, along with an in-depth knowledge of stress management and career development, to help other successful professionals find more meaning and balance in their work lives.
