I offer life coaching for personal growth and development and I help my clients to build confidence, self-esteem and assertiveness as a way of helping them to take steps towards achieving their goals in life. I work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences and there is no problem too big or too small!
I can help you find solutions that support your own individual needs. I believe working at this level can help my clients prepare for life long success as they find ways to develop techniques and skills which are applicable to any life situation.

How many sessions will I need?:
The number of sessions required will really depend on what your needs are. Some clients choose to have three sessions, some choose between five and eight sessions. You don't have to commit to a specific amount - just as many as you feel you need! Sessions are relaxed and we can work together at a pace which accommodates your schedule and commitments. You may reach your goal or come to a decision about your requirements as we progress through coaching together so it's better the amount of sessions you need remains flexible in accordance with what you want to achieve.
(Please note that life coaching always focuses on the present and what the client wishes to achieve in the future. A life coach does not diagnose clinical issues from past events such as trauma/emotional problems etc. and if a client demonstrates any of these symptoms, they are advised to contact their doctor for further advice).
I also offer telephone appointments for life coaching which can be very useful if you have a busy schedule or time restrictions.
Email support is available as a conclusive follow-up to sessions for a period of six months

Certified practitioner of Hypnotherapy
Certified practitioner of Advanced Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy.
OCN Level 3 Dip. in Counselling & Psychotherapy,
Certified practitioner of Life Coaching,
Certified practitioner of Stress Management,
The above qualifications were achieved with a distinction. (Grade A Pass).
I am a Reiki Master/ Teacher and I also offer reiki treatments.
I am a member of the British Medical Holistic Association.

Fees
I charge £50.00 per hour for Life Coaching.

In order to book a session, I now require a deposit of £20.00 (inclusive of cost for the session and refundable unless you cancel later than 48 hours or you do not attend) which can be paid via the paypal link on the 'prices and payment' page of my website.
I can accept the remainder of the payment for life coaching by cash or by cheque with a valid guarantee card at the end of the session.
(This policy will be implemeted from the 1st of March 2010).
