Advance coaching, specialises in Career and Executive Coaching. We deliver personal, executive and career coaching to individuals and teams. Typical clients include individuals wishing to progress their careers, secure a new job, better manage their performance at work and organisations seeking to improve individual and team performance. We can also work with you on drafting CV's, submitting applications, preparation for a wide range of interviews including competency based recruitment.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
Niamh is founder and Director of Advance Coaching, an experienced Accredited Coach, Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and an Endorsed Provider of Institute of Leadership & Management Training. She provides career and executive coaching working predominately at Director, CEO and Board level and successfully with many senior female executives across Ireland and the UK.
Niamh is a founding member of Association for Coaching Ireland, the leading professional body for coaching across the island or Ireland. She has been Chair since September 2010 and was a finalist for the AC Honorary Global Award in 2010 for "Influencing Services to the Profession of Coaching".

Advance provides a comprehensive interview preparation programme including presentation skills, mock interview, competency based interview techniques,verbal and non verbal communication skills and managing nerves and anxiety.
Fees
Personal & career coaching starts at £75.00 per session and discounts are available for telephone coaching and block booking of sessions.
Executive and Interview coaching is priced according to roles, complexity and executive level.
