Individual Life Coaching is available face to face via my clinic in Islington, London and Taunton, Somerset. I am also available to work with you online via secure webcam. Life Coaching can help you with stress, relationship issues and self confidence. Many people seek Life Coaching to help with self confidence and self belief.
Life Coaching helps you determine and achieve personal goals. It enables you to make decisions, grow and develop as an individual. Life Coaching will help you to move forwards in the direction you want at the pace, which feels right for you. Many people use the service when they are wanting to start a new relationship or create a better work/life balance.
