Profile

Having been a manager in the public sector for 29 years, I am in transition to full time performance and Executive Coach, having established my own business in 2006. My service moves with the environment which is one of my strengths as a coach dealing with emergent issues which are often the root of a clients agenda.
I am very ethical in my methods, flexible in when, where and by what style I Coach.
I go that extra mile to maintain contact in between sessions so the client feels valued.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I trained with the Coaching Academy in both Personal performance Coaching and Business and Executive Coaching.
I have also completed the INLPTA Diploma in NLP
I am a full member of the Association for Coaching and an active team member of the local group In Aberdeen
I am a trained Mentor currently involved in the Joint Public Sector Mentoring scheme in Aberdeen
I am also a Chartered member of the CIPD.
I have recently qualified to be a trainer in Cross cultural Diversity Coaching.
I have four years experience of Coaching.

Fees

I normally charge £50 per hour for Coaching with additional expenses where travelling is involved.
I offer discounts for block bookings of 6 sessions.

I charge £150 per hour for Executive Coaching plus expenses.
