Olivia works as an independent Coaching Psychologist. Her focus is on accelerating personal and professional growth, enabling people to reach their full potential. Her speciality is “Power Hour” coaching - a single, highly intensive solution-focused discussion when clients are helped to put problems into perspective and generate optimal solutions to pressing issues.
Her background in business psychology, and extensive coach training with different schools, enables Olivia to draw on a large number of models and frameworks. Training, Qualifications & Experience
Olivia is an accredited coach with The International Coach Federation; Results Coaching Systems; and Henley Management College. She has an MSc. in occupational psychology, and is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists, and Association for Coaching. She holds the British Psychological Society's Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing, and is an accredited user of numerous personality and ability questionnaires, including MBTI, Firo B, Neo and Hogan.
