Dawn has been a qualified Holistic Therapist since 1998, and has continued to develop her skills and services each year. As well as being a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Dawn is a Registered Reflexologist, Professional Life Coach (NCFE), Usui Reiki Master and Heal Your Life Workshop Leader. She is also fully qualified to carry out Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, babyreflex and Facial & Scalp Treatments.
Dawn has also attained the 7407 Stage 2 Certificate in Further Education Teaching and teaches courses in Scalp Massage, Meditation for Relaxation, Personal Development, Reiki, Reflexology and Anatomy & Physiology. She also runs workshops teaching parents and grandparents how to give reflexology to their own babies, children and grandchildren.
In addition to these, Dawn has spent many years studying and practising various complementary therapies.
I have always had an interest in complementary therapies, and this escalated when I found that my life was full of stress. I woke up one day to realise that I was not doing what I wanted to do
Dawns workshops and personal consultations are a way of bringing together this knowledge in an easy to understand format. There are then practical exercises, which put the words into action, and this is where the changes happen.
I strongly believe that we create our own reality, and that we can choose to live lives of joy and abundance. By following techniquess that I will teach you, you will have the power to create the life that YOU want to live!
