I am a friendly, supportive life coach who above all else is committed to helping you reach your goals and make change happen.
I was drawn to coaching, as I love people, self-development and positive living.
As your coach I will listen and understand the changes that you want to make, I will help you to cement your goals and make them exciting.
With my support you will decide on the stepping-stones that youre committed to take and which will ultimately allow you to reach your goal and sometimes exceed it! Therefore making the positive changes you want.
This change may be something specific or you may want to change a number of things in your life, you decide.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I have previously helped people make changes in their career, relationships and health as well as helping them to build their self-esteem and confidence along the way.
I was awarded a distinction in personal performance coaching from The Coaching Academy. The Coaching Academy is named by the Observer as The number one coach training programme in Britain and the UKs biggest coach school.
I have 3 years experience as a secondary school teacher and 7 years experience in the corporate workplace. I also practise as a Reflexologist.
