Very realistic fees and second to none-so clients tell me!

Available face to online, face, telephone and also email, also happy to provide ad hoc/single sessions or a course of 6 (discounted), however I won't suggest a minimum number or continue sessions just for the sake of it!

Coaching for me has to work for both of us, so I'm happy to continue when there is a need-naturally you're completing agreed exercises taking you towards your goals...and recommend ceasing when no longer required.
