I am an innovative catalyst for change creating a climate of lifelong learning. I have been a coach/mentor for over 18 years and have experience in helping a broad range of people from young graduates, women in business, new managers, young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and young people just starting up in business as well as chief executives.

I have coached/mentored people in relation to career change/development, career progression, skills identification, entrepreneurial skill development, confidence building, work/life balance, stress management and positive thinking

I have a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management,1994

I also received Mentor Training from David Clutterbuck, Clutterbuck Associates, 2001

I received Mentor Training from the Princes Trust 2004

I undertook an E-course in E-Mentoring for Employee Development from Suffolk College in 2003
