Profile

I am a life coach, personal development and work-based coach. I run a private practice in Ilford Essex and I also coach within a large public organisation based in London.
I offer both one-to-one and group coaching sessions.
My preference is for face-to-face coaching although I will conduct telephone sessions where this is more practicable and appropriate.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I trained with achievement specialists in Bournemouth during 2007/2008 achieving a life coaching diploma LCH Dip in May 2008. I have additionally qualified in work based coaching through a previous full-time employement - the training programme was accredited through the European Mentoring &Coaching Council. I am a qualified trainer with a certificate of education in training and a member of the Institute for Learning.
