Amy Deane has been running her coaching service, Spring to Life, for nearly 8 years and is known by her clients for her integrity, intuition, compassion and ability to listen to what's happening between the lines and ask powerful questions to achieve enlightenment.
The result for her clients is a deeper understanding of themselves and what makes them tick, soaring confidence and a passionate new energy to achieve what they want out of life.
At the end of January 2009, Amy will be launching her unique and innovative new Coaching Programme, The Whole Works, which combines face to face and telephone coaching with 3 informative and stimulating workshops with 3 experts in the fields of Positive Psychology, Visualisation and next steps planning.
Amy is inspired in her own life experiences by the quote by Maya Angelou: "I can be changed by what happens to me, but I refuse to be reduced by it."
