Karen offers coaching to senior and middle managers who are facing changes at work,want to increase their confidence, to develop leadership skills, to manage their work and life more effectively and want to develop their careers. She also offers coaching to women returning to work and building their careers.The coaching is designed to identify where you want to make changes and how to make them happen. Coaching is geared towards taking action to achieve your aims.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Coaching (OCR) with Management Futures, Qualified to use Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and FIRO-B.
Ten years experience as a coach.

Karen became an executive coach and organisational development consultant ten years ago following a career in the NHS (working at Director and Board level), building up an expertise in partnership working across traditional boundaries.  She offers developmental coaching.
