Karen has a particular interest in coaching senior and middle managers who want to increase their confidence to develop leadership skills to manage their work and life more effectively. The coaching is designed to identify where individuals want to make changes and how to make this happen. Coaching is geared towards taking action to make your goals happen.

Diploma in Coaching (OCR) with Management Futures, Qualified to use Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and FIRO-B.

Karen became an executive coach and organisational development consultant eight years ago following a career in the NHS (working at Director and Board level), building up an expertise in partnership working across traditional boundaries.
