Profile
I come from an NHS background and was a health visitor for many years before setting up my first business in 2002. Since then I have trained as a coach and I believe my health visiting background in which relationships with clients was so important is my unique selling point.
And it is that background that gives me my passion for my work. My business, On The Threshold, was established in 2009 and helps women to find meaning, purpose, balance, greater confidence and happiness in their lives. This may mean overcoming barriers which get in our way in the form of trauma, illness or some kind of significant life event. Clients often come to me when they feel they're at a crossroads and want to decide which way to go or need a confidence boost or help with stress. Services include individual coaching face to face, on the phone or online, group coaching and workshops. I am also a speaker and author of "Journey to Chocolate", my personal journey
Training, Qualifications & Experience
Trained with the Coaches Training Institute and achieved certification (CPCC). Am also accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF).
I have been practising since early 2006 and have achieved over 500 coaching hours. Initially my clients were mainly from the NHS and public sector but now women come to me for coaching from a range of backgrounds

I particularly specialise in helping women who have experienced postnatal depression or stress related illness even if it has happened some years in the past and help them move on from the guilt, low confidence and poor self-esteem and get wholeness and happiness back in their lives.
I also work with women who want to change their careers, their relationships or rediscover themselves after experiencing emotional or physical health problems or being lost in juggling family life and career. Women often tell me they are at a crossroads and want to decide which direction to take or they want to sort their lives or feel they've lost their way a bit.

Fees
1 to 1 coaching is £95 per hour which includes a range of resources and e mail contact bnetween sessions as required.
The online programme varies from £50-£90 per module
