As your Life Coach I am 100% committed to you and your goals and ambitions. I see it as a partnership and, whilst you own your own development and achievements, we’re on the journey together where my role is that of a dedicated and objective partner with only your best interests in mind.

The coaching is about helping you to find the focus of what you want and what you need to do to get it. It may be that you need some help sorting out the important issues from the things ‘that get in the way’, or you may already know what you want but find that you loose track as ‘life’ interrupts you.

I specialise in confidence coaching, entrepreneur coaching in in delivering motivational talks focusing on positive thinking, confidence building and giving people the tools to take control of their lives and successes.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am an accredited Life Coach with a professional Life Coaching Practitioner qualification and I am currently completing a Diploma in Corporate & Executive Coaching. I have a BSc (hons) in Psychology & Computing, an MA in Human Resources Management and I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

My professional background is within the field of Human Resources and in this line of work I have over 8 years experience of using my coaching skills to develop and grow managers and staff, as well as the relationships between colleagues. From this line of work, I have also got extensive experience of designing and delivering training programmes.
