Mala has always been interested in personal development and fascinated by what motivates people. She has travelled extensively and met with people from different cultures and experienced different approach towards life. She grew up in a business environment, and up until recently worked for a European Financial institution in London, where she spent the last 14 years learning and coaching people, whilst doing her job as an analyst. So she has first hand experience of both worlds working for and being self-employed.
She demonstrates leadership is an effective mentor and coach. She is a strategic thinker and innovative. She has created several training programmes for organisations.
