Profile
I have background in Sports Medicine, have vast experience as a health consultant and more recently qualified as a psychological coach.
Main area of expertise is health and wellbeing and as such many clients use my services for health improvement.
Since the link between mind and body is intrinsic I work with people who may have psychological issues which are manifested as physiological problems.
Most clients (not all and it is optional) take a comprehensive health check prior to starting a coaching programme. The health check helps to build a personal psychological and physiological profile, providing us with a great starting point for future coaching sessions.
My coaching style is solution focused cognitive behavioural coaching, which is progressive and results are achieved relatively quickly.
Over the years many medical professionals have found that the techniques used in my practice have been hugely beneficial to their personal health, as such I am recommended by the surgeries.
Clients wanting to manage stress, anxiety, control weight or lead a healthier lifestyle would see fabulous results from this type of coaching.
We have 100% success rate with weight loss and have experience working with obese patients.
