I have a highly successful, broad, international business background, and have worked at Senior Executive/Board Level in a number of sectors, including, Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction, Defence, Financial Services, Food & Drink, Health (Public & Private), Utilities. I have always adopted a Coaching Style towards the teams and individuals that I have been responsible for, in the organisations where I have worked. I have found that Effective Coaching can inspire Leaders to achieve the extraordinary, by identifying and challenging their goals, turning them into an exciting vision, and communicating effectively in order to motivate and challenge their teams. My mission in life is to motivate people, teams and organisations to identify and realise their full potential. I am very interested in Leadership Development at the individual level and to assist/support executives so that they are clear about the differences between Leadership & Management. Making a difference is a fundamental driver of everything that I do and I believe that nothing is impossible and excellence is the minimum standard.

Basic rate £350/hour.
6 one hour sessions, plus intial intake session of 2 hours £2,000
10 one hour sessions £3,000.
Plus VAT and Travelling Expenses where applicable.
These rates include assessment profiles (as required), preparation time, on going email support, and ad hoc phone call support in between coaching sessions (as needed). The coachee always has my full commitment in supporting his/her success.
Further Information
My principal Coaching Philosophy is first to Listen to what my clients are saying and second to listen to their stories, in order to establish what insights they can form. I listen carefully to my intuition and coach and encourage my clients to listen to theirs. I find that intuition comes from the unconscious mind and is a source of richness, renewal and the development of new pathways, both for me and my clients.
I am focused on making sure that the client achieves results which are developed from their own thinking and are not influenced from my own particular perspectives/experience. I do occasionally offer my opinion and experience to the client if they ask for it or if I believe that it may be useful for them, however, I make the distinction that this is Mentoring and not Coaching.
I have learnt to be completely open and non judgemental when working with clients, because I want to ensure that I do not introduce or impose my own personal values and beliefs into a coaching conversation. I appreciate the need to listen actively to everything that is being said, because often it is the throw away line or the soft statement at the end of a conversation that will be the clue to areas that the client may wish to explore in more depth.
