Profile

I provide life coaching to individuals. I help people to achieve balance within their life and to find focus and fulfilment. My previous life coaching clients have included people who want to change jobs, who want to set up in business, who want to find a life partner or increase their social network.

I provide business coaching to self-employed people and to organisational management. I have helped people to develop their business ideas, to deal with communication issues and to resolve business problems.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and have been trained in the Co-active Coaching Model by the Coaches Training Institute.

I have a Masters in Training and am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the Association for Coaching.

I have been coaching individuals, managers and small business owners since 2003.

Fees

I charge £100 a session for telephone or face to face coaching and I am prepared to negotiate fees for individuals prepared to commit to a programme of coaching.
