My agenda is my client's wellbeing and success.
As a qualified life coach and personal development trainer, I provide the catalyst for clients wanting to transform their lives through coaching and personal development programmes. These include those facing challenges and issues that are affecting their wellbeing such as stress, separation and divorce, poor work/life balance and adverse health impacts.
Coaching face-to-face or over phone so distance is no object.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

MA; BSc; Diploma (with Distinction) in Life Coaching from The Coaching Academy, 2004. As a Member of Resolution (formerly The Family Law Association) I work to the same Code of Practice as leading family lawyers.
Previous 30 years experience in Education, mainly Higher Education, guiding and facilitating the personal development of adults and young people to improve their performance and achieve their true potential.
As a tutor/facilitator for Surrey Retirement Association, I deliver inter-active pre-retirement seminars.
My clients want to 'Make a Fresh Start'; we work together so they can:
* decide which direction to take
* develop strategies to cope better
* adopt action plans so 'dreams can become reality'

Fees

The 4Star Service costs £217 for 4 1hour coaching sessions. Many clients then book additional blocks of 4 and any unused sessions can be banked and used as required over the next 6 months. This helps to keep on track to implement action plans and to deal with additional challenges as they arise. If preferred, single sessions can be booked. The fee is then £57/hour.

Fees for individual corporate clients are £70 per hour with an additional supplement that is dependent on the travel time involved. Travel expenses are charged to the client.

Workshop fees are dependent on duration and range from £417 for 1.5/2hrs - £867 for a whole day. Discounted educational / charity rates are normally in the range £247 - £517 per workshop.
