Hi, my name is Shirley and I am a Personal Life Coach, Confidence Specialist, NLP Practitioner and EFT Practitioner. I am also a Reiki Practitioner. I provide one to one personal consultations and also workshops. I have been trained by some of the top organisations and professionals in the country including; The Coaching Academy, Paul McKenna, Richard Bandler & Dawn Breslin. My specialist training together with my own personal life experience ensures that you will receive a gentle approach where the most important person is you.

Coaching Sessions £50 per individual one hour session or £180 for block booking of 4 sessions. First session is Complimentary.
EFT Sessions £50 per one hour session.
Reiki £40 per 45 - 60 minute session.
Reflexology £40 for 45 minute treatment (please allow 1 hour on initial treatment)
