Profile

As a qualified coach and hypnotherapist, I combine the two to enable people to make the changes they want more quickly than they expect. I work with people when they have issues or difficulties they want to tackle, whether these are looking at their career or relationships, their general lifestyle, getting rid of fears or habits that are getting in the way of them doing what they want to do, or when they feel that life could be better but they are not sure how to go about making it so. I work with people of all agesand both genders. I have a particular interest in working with women as they face the challenges life brings, especially balancing the needs of their family with their own needs, and facing life crises such as the menopause.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

I have been working as a life coach since I qualified six years ago, and more recently also as a hypnotherapist.
I work with groups as well as with individual people, and run workshops on topics such as "Stress Less", "Kick that Habit", and "Sleep Soundly".

Fees

My fees vary according to the type of work I am doing. A rough guide is £45 per hour for a face-to-face coaching session, and £40 for a telephone session and email contact between sessions.
My fees for workshops are approximately £35 per half day workshop, and £200 for a bespoke workshop for a group of people.
