As a qualified coach I work with people on both personal and professional development programmes to help them achieve their desired goals.

I can help people, through non-directive coaching, to realise their full potential and achieve goals in line with their values.

I work with horse riders to help improve performance, overcome confidence issues, increase motivation by identifying barriers and setting achievable goals through the skills of coaching.

Using Coaching, NLP and EFT as appropriate you can make changes in your life that you have so far only dreamt about. Give it a go - you can only win!

Sessions can be held face-to-face, by phone or VOIP (Skype).
