I provide personal coaching services to people across all walks of life. Many of whom are at some form of cross roads in their life or career and welcome someone to talk to.
We all have dreams and I like to think that I help my clients unlock their dreams and make them a reality.
I usually work on a face to face basis, however distance and time sometimes mean I work with clients on the phone.
If you contact me I will usually spend time with you on the phone to explore what you would like to get out of coaching and whether I believe I can help you. This is completely free and is an important part of establishing a coaching relationship. If we both want to go ahead I would arrange an initial session with you of 2 hours. This may seem long but all my clients find this first session flies by as there is so much to say! By the end of this session we would have agreed a coaching programme for you and the goals you want to achieve. It is the beginning of great and wonderful things!
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am a fully qualified coach having trained with Henley Business School and a full member of the Association of Coaching.
I have been coaching for over 7 years.

Fees
My fees depend on the nature of the coaching and the length of a coaching programme.
Coaching sessions are usually one hour with an initial session of 2 hours.
A coaching programme may involve a mix of face to face and telephone coaching together with email support between sessions. I can also work with you through Skype.
The best thing is to call and I can discuss fees with you.
