I work with individuals who under and/or over eat as a way of regulating emotional function. People who have an obsessive compulsive relationship with food and may describe themselves as a food addict. I work in accordance with NICE guidelines implementing a multiple level of intervention ensuring maximum chances of sustained change. Body image work integral to the process

Training, Qualifications & Experience

Private practise for 4 years, 1:1 face-to-face in Dorset area, or phone/skype for clients outside of the area.
Also a registered local authority service provider working in schools with young people beginning to show signs of developing unhealthy relationship with food and their bodies.
National Centre for Eating Disorders, Master Practitioner Certificate
Excellence in practitioner skills, Nutritional Interventions, and Obesity. Coaches Training Institute trained in Co-active model.
