Profile
Following a successful early career with major oil companies I am now an experienced Personal and Professional Life Coach and have been working with face to face and telephone clients since 2002. I have also delivered training courses, workshops and seminars and written for several national publications (eg. The Guardian, Eve Magazine) and more local ones (eg. The Press and Journal, Aberdeen). I have a regular monthly column in The Granite City Gazette with a readership of around 17,000.
My career background in Sales, Marketing and HR-related roles was primarily with the biggest players in the Oil industry and I have also worked with several smaller businesses.
On top of this I have plenty of life experience of issues faced by my clients, eg. relocation, parenting, financial planning, property investment, improving relationships, confidence and self esteem, change of career etc..
I am happily married with 2 children, a Labrador and 3 daft cats all of whom try to run the house! I enjoy a wide variety of interests outside work including walking daily in my local forests and hills. Also snow sports, watersports, horseriding and aviation. In the past I have had tremendous fun driving racing cars and I still love to get my hands on a speedboat whenever I can!

BSc Honours Degree in Business Management
Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Graduated with Distinction as a Life Coach with The Coaching Academy.
Have also added extra training in Parent Coaching, Retirement Coaching etc through The Coaching Academy
NLP Practitioner trained by Paul McKenna, Richard Bandler and Michael Neill.

I deal with any aspect of a client's professional or personal life and believe that one of the great strengths of coaching is that it is possible to impact several areas of a client's life through this cohesive approach.
Clients are frequently amazed at how, having approached me for perhaps one or two specific issues, they have seen dramatic improvements in far more areas of their life than they ever considered beforehand.
Fees
£50 per session for private clients
£60 per session for corporate clients
All sessions bookable in blocks of 3 or 4 and payable in advance per block.
