Training, Qualifications & Experience
I am a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Master Results Coach and Performance Consultant. And also hold certificates in Advanced Neurological Repatterning, Master Hypnosis and Ericksonian Hypnosis.
In addition I have trained with Results Coaching Systems which are one of the few coach-training providers in the UK to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In the UK I am a member of the Association for Coaching.
In practice I have been coaching for years, within a work setting. With my background in Human Resources in the City, I often helped my colleagues and managers in their everyday work and personal situations.
By keeping myself constantly up to date with the latest in the field of coaching, NLP and personal development I ensure I continue to learn and deliver increased value to my clients.
I am an avid reader and attend as many seminars as I can to increase my knowledge on how to help people along to bring balance to their lives on any level: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
Over the past years I studied and briefly practiced many different holistic therapies, I hold a Foundation Certificate in Complementary Health Therapies. I am Reiki Master (Usui Reiki and Kundalini Reiki). I lhave basic qualifications in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Body Talk Access, Awakening Healing.
At the beginning of 2010 I trained with Dr. Eric Pearl in Reconnective Healing & The Reconnection. This is now my preferred way to deal with imbalances.

Fees
Initial telephone consultation free of charge.
Standard individual session fees £39.00 per hour - both for coaching or healing.
If you book and pay in advance for a whole coaching series of 12 one hour sessions you get both the first and the last session free (12 sessions for the price of 10).
Breakthrough Programme (suitable for those who wish to deal with issues quickly and are ready to move on immediately): £299.00 for two intense face to face sessions of up to 3 hours each plus one hour follow up session by telephone - (depending on location).
All fees are due in advance.
Further Information
I donate 10% of all my income to charity.
I can accept fair exchange swaps for those who cannot afford the full fees.
