Further Information
For the past 6 years I have been a life and business coach. I am passionate about personal development and about living the best life that you can. I have spent many years as a tax consultant running my own practice and as a senior manager in financial services. I know the feeling, as Joseph Campbell puts it, of reaching the top of the ladder only to find it was leaning against the wrong wall.
It was at that point I turned my life around by discovering what really mattered to me, learning new life skills and discovering a new way of being. I moved from feeling like a square peg in a round hole to building a new life based on my values, strengths and passions. My life now has meaning and purpose.
I live in the Scottish Borders with my husband. My beautiful daughter has flown the nest and my step daughters have built nests of their own. When I am not coaching or writing I can be found on the hills around my home or in my garden, either with a garden implement or a glass wine in my hand.
