I tend to be a very intuitive coach with a strong focus on dealing with internal barriers such as how you think, believe and speak. These are usually the main obstacles to most personal growth/change issues which often mask themselves under something else.

If you choose to work with me I will also incorporate training in success principles into our sessions to further support you and facilitate your success.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

A qualified Personal Performance Coach with the Coaching Academy. Holding additional coaching diplomas with Regent College(London) as well as being a Motivational Therapist and Coach with the Motivation Partnership. Carol is also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Master NLP Practicioner with listing on the GHR(general hypnotherpay register). She holds additonal qualifications in Clinical & Patoral Counselling and Nutritional Therapy.
