I started my career qualifying as a nurse at the Royal Free Hospital in London.
I am a trained and experienced coach recognised by the Association for Coaching and I am a qualified confidence coach.
After working as a nurse, I worked human resources. I have been a general and a program manager in the public sector, as well as working with large "corporates" and being director of three small companies.
I trained to professional level in Change Management with a company called Kinsley Lord, now part of Towers Watson, leaders in the field of change management.
I've managed and advised on managing large and small groups of people going through change. I made my contribution with a mentoring and coaching approach.
I have worked with lots of people on their personal and career development. I now work as a Life and Career coach and I am a poet and writer!
I've worked with many different kinds of people going through all kinds of personal and career change and I specialize in helping people who want to develop their confidence.

Fees
Varies according to needs but approximately £60 per session (1-2 hrs depending on needs). A first getting-to-know-you session by phone is free.
