Valentina Passoni - CPCC - Transformational & Creative Coach
I am here today because at some point in my journey I got lost, and then I found myself again.
It astonishes me how many incredibly gifted and in many ways talented people forget what they are good at. What they love doing. What used to make them smile as a child, and fill their heart with joy.
I truly believe we were all born naturally creative, we were all brought into this world with a gift that is unique to us. However we often lose touch with our natural inclinations, and end up following the ever increasingly fast current of life towards goals that we don't feel close to our heart and soul. We forget why we thought it was a good idea to accept a particular job offer, or move to the city we thought was going to make our dreams come true, or just simply end up feeling numb and stuck. Suddenly our bubble bursts and we are very aware of the many ways life has tricked us along the way. Where are we?
When I realised I was lost I kept wondering 'Where have I taken the wrong turn?' 'What have I forgotten about myself that has always been inside of me?' 'What am I naturally good at and love doing the most?'
Let me serve you and guide you towards re – discovering your natural inclinations and your incredibly creative self. Let me help you peel off the layers of expectation, from yourself and others, until you allow yourself full permission to be who you are. Unleash your potential. You can live a more fulfilling life, you can create your own reality.
Coaching focuses on the discovery of awareness and choice, empowering people to find their own answers. My only agenda is to serve you and guide you to self-awareness and choice. I will do whatever it takes to provide you with tools for you to empower yourself.
I am here today because at some point in my journey I got lost, and then I found myself again. I now devote my life to serve others so that everyone can find themselves again and enjoy their journey.

- Transformational & Creative Coach
Do you feel stuck? Perhaps a little numb? Do you want to make your life more passionate and even fun?
As a Transformational & Creative Coach, I focus on guiding my Clients towards re - discovering their passions and their creative self, so that they can peal off the layers to full permission and unleash their full potential to create a more fulfilling life for themselves.
- Confidence Coach
Do you struggle listing your best qualities? How many times do you allow yourself to excel in front of others?
I am clever. I am fierce. I am passionate. I am successful. How many times do you say this out loud? And to yourself?
Most people think they need a 'confidence boost', I simply think we have the tendency to lose track of our natural abilities, or we take them for granted and hardly ever give ourself some credit.
Let's show the world your potential and how to be proud of yourself and your achievements.
- Creative Performance Coach
I specialise in public speaking, stage fright and performance anxiety. Together we can find your unique ways to work on your performance adrenalin and channel it towards what you'd like to achieve.
This area of coaching can apply to public speakers and artists (musicians, dancers, actors etc...), but also to anyone who would like to learn how to cope with their anxiety.
I am now designing a workshop on “The power of creativity and how to unleash your potential”.
I also hold masterclasses on stage fright and performance anxiety.
I offer a complimentary consultation and 30 minute Skype or phone sample session for you to experience my Coaching. Within the consultation we will discuss your goals and the Coaching Packages available that best suit you.
Clients are recommended to sign up for a minimum of 3 months period and to have sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis. After the period runs out, we would review your progress and plan ahead.

If you'd like to know me in a nutshell.
I consider myself a creative person and an entrepreneur.
I've started training as a singer when I was 13, I was a professional volleyball player and before that I was a dancer. Above all I was a designer and a maker, from crayon coloured landscapes, to paper doll dresses and DIY doorbells made of a box, strings and a tiny tin bell. I was yet one more crafty kid.
I've lived in Rome until I was 22, and somewhere along the way I must have forgotten what I really enjoyed in life. That's when I realised that I was studying Economics... me? I hadn't yet figured out that I was sleeping. Suddenly I woke up and understood that my studies did not fulfil me. Not me.
I wanted to be a musician. A full time musician.
“A musician?! Think about your mother!” I hear you cry. Well eventually Patrizia understood my call and I've lived in London ever since.
I finished my music studies at LCM and then I was ready for big things! So I drowned into depression. I was so close! I went into therapy and now I am a changed person. I can smile at those days when I felt so terribly lost, so useless, so not gifted.
I then realised I wasn't the only music graduate, or arts graduate for that matter, who felt this way. Me and a lot of artists seemed to have collectively lost our compasses. Turns out Sir Ken Robinson PhD stole my words, he says he wants “to transform the culture of education and organisations with a richer conception of human creativity and intelligence”. That's right. We need to educate everyone to discover their potential and explore it in unique ways, and we ought to create safe spaces for creatives all around the world to feel free to be. So that's what I did, on a very small scale but I have to start somewhere.
I went on teaching at BIMM Manchester and London, holding masterclasses and groups specialising in public speaking, stage fright and performance anxiety. I am now designing a workshop on “The power of creativity and how to unleash your potential”.
I now work at King's College London as Wellbeing Coach, working with students from a variety of faculties on a one to one basis and offering coaching workshops.
Within my practice, I see creatives from all backgrounds and professionals who would like to improve their creative skills and use them in different areas of their lives.
