The need for change is what usually draws people to coaching - whether it's career change, needing to make big decisions in your personal life, improving your performance at work, or moving into a new role. It seems the only certain thing in life is change! The Coaching process builds greater self awareness, which helps to make decisions, and from which your thinking and behaviour can change for the better.
I trained as a coach after a 20 year career in Marketing Communications and Advertising, including managing director and global roles. The part of the work that I enjoyed the most was developing the teams and people I was lucky enough to work with. My Coaching style is values based, because I believe that your values are the guiding principles for your life and work. Taking time to understand your core values lays the foundation for Coaching success and can hold the key to why some aspects of our life go well and others not so well.
Supportive and challenging, pragmatic and results focussed, our coaching work together should be stimulating, revealing and enjoyable, and it should get results.
