My areas of coaching expertise include career, life change, relationships and work-life balance. Hence the name of my coaching practice: Incredible Changes, as l specialise in helping people with change.

Examples of change in peoples' lives include career (including self employment and management), education,  divorce/separation, family and friend dynamics,  health,  moving house, plus many more areas of your work and personal life.

Other successful topics I coach and mentor in include bespoke partner relationship coaching (like Relate couple counselling).

I often work with businesses to provide business and leadership coaching. DISC personality profiling also used for recruitment,  team building and staff development.

From 2016 -end of 2018 I worked on a part-time, freelance basis as a supervisor, mentor and project co-ordinator with Citizens Advice Cornwall. This was on a pioneering coach training pilot scheme for Citizens Advice Cornwall ( National Lottery funded). It was supported by Cornwall Council, Truro & Penwith College and Coastline Housing. I worked with the CEO of Citizens Advice Cornwall and a Steering Group for the recruitment and  support of the training of the coaches for the project and with agencies that provided clients for the project.  I organised the allocation of clients to coaches, and used my coaching expertise to supervise and support the coaches with their clients.

I hold face-to-face coaching sessions in Exmouth, Exeter, Penzance &  Bristol. Please enquire about other areas in the South West.  I can travel to you!

As well as face-to-face I do convenient Zoom , Skype and telephone coaching. Zoom in particular is of a superb technical standard and provides a flawless coaching experience. (just like being in the same room!)
