I am an accredited Senior Practitioner, with a background in public relations and employee engagement, and a natural developer of people with a talent for helping leaders recognise their potential and purpose in work and life through coaching.
I am also passionate about the power of teams and thrive on supporting leaders to build trust and accountability, delivering benefits not only to the team but also the wider organisation.
My coaching approach is grounded in positive psychology, with a starting point of ‘unconditional positive regard’ for the coachee. This provides the foundation for strong, trusting coaching relationships, which frees up the coachee to explore their goals and aims.

* Living Leadership – one-to-one coaching for leaders to support personal development in the workplace and provide support as you identify, examine and resolve issues and make decisions about aspects of your working life, whether that’s your next role, your style as a leader or how to work even more productively.
* Live Your Best Life – one-to-one coaching for individuals to provide support and help you make better decisions about life balance, career change, family relationships or any other aspect of your life.
* Building Brilliant Teams – coaching for leaders and their teams to build trust and accountability to strengthen relationships and support the team’s delivery.
However, I am more than happy to use the programme simply as a framework, tailoring interventions and techniques to suit each individual coachee.
I'm a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and have regular supervision to ensure ongoing reflection on my practice.
What happens next?
If you'd like to work with me, please give me a call or drop me an email so that we can arrange an initial meeting, free of charge.
At this meeting we'd discuss how we'll work together to achieve your goals and aims. This will include talking about confidentiality, chatting through any previous coaching or counselling experiences and outlining a programme of meetings for the months ahead. Each coaching session will last between one and two hours and usually we'll meet on a monthly basis.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am an accredited Senior Practitioner, having completed The OCM's Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach Mentoring.
Coaching is something that I have done throughout my career, using these techniques with people and teams in a range of sectors in both public and private sector.

My fees are £100 per hour. This includes a free initial meeting, sometimes called a 'chemistry' consultation, to make sure we'll be able to work together well.
