Sarah Hughes - Sarah Hughes Solutions
Do you feel stuck in your life or overwhelmed by having too much to do or being unhappy with where you find yourself or do you have symptoms of depression or CFS/ME?
I can help you to move out of your current state to where you want to be. I help with a number of issues, including work, family, relationship and health issues to find a way through the difficulties and have the life you want.
Where do you want to be?
I start by understanding your world and what your current situation is, I then look at what your outcome is for coaching. With different coaching strategies, I help you to find a way through the maze to this goal - the outcome you desire.
How do I coach?
I offer face to face coaching (in the Bristol area), telephone or Skype coaching (elsewhere). My niche is working with clients who feel overwhelmed, where areas in life are becoming difficult to cope with, ie work, family, health (particularly stress related conditions including chronic fatigue syndrome/M.E.). I think clients should enjoy the coaching process, so I use a variety of techniques, such as metaphorical strategies, some NLP, visualisation, relaxation and help my clients do whatever it takes to shift their lives back into balance. I make coaching fun and enjoyable, so that by the end of the first session, clients are excited to see what follows!
Who am I?
I am a Life Coach and Strategic Interventionist Coach and have been qualified since March 2014
I know what it is like to be both the coach and the coachee as I had Life Coaching myself in 2004 during a difficult and stressful time in my life. I had been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and depression earlier that year. I found coaching extremely beneficial, helping me to see a way through a very trying period.
I fully recovered from CFS in 2012 and the final step to my recovery was using the work of Tony Robbins, credited with initiating the Life Coaching industry over three decades ago. I can help you towards recovery more rapidly thanks to this process.
Following my success, I decided to not only train as a life coach in the UK, but to also train with the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention (USA) as a coach which also helped me enormously.
I ask my clients to do what I have done myself and what worked for me.
As a Strategic Interventionist Coach I do "whatever it takes" to help my clients get to where they want to be!
