Do you feel like you may have lost your mojo, or at least temporarily mislaid it somewhere?
Maybe you are in a phase of life involving change or transition? This could be a mid life re-evaluation, empty nest syndrome, enforced redundancy, early retirement. The list goes on.....
My coaching is aimed at women. They may be in a mid life transition or just unable to move themselves forward to the life they really want, and the person that they know deep down that they are. I offer unconditional support and motivation to help them, and it can be amazing how much you find you can acheive when someone really, really listens to you and then holds you to account for the things that you say you want to do.

Just a little more info about me. I am married and mother of three grown children, eldest 21 years old and twins of 18 years. I used to work with Assessment and Development centres, and in Consultancy for a Management Training company. I decided to retrain as a Personal life coach after experiencing the simple and yet incredibly powerful benefits that it can offer. Working as a coach has given me the opportunity to work for myself and do something that I love to do. What could be better!
Training, Qualifications & Experience
I completed my Personal Performance Coaching diploma with the Coaching Academy in June 2011, gaining Distinction, and have amassed many hours of coaching experience over the last 2 years
I am currently continuing to work towards a further diploma as an NLP Practitioner, and a diploma in Youth Impact Coaching.
