What do my clients say?

Coaching is a a relationship and my approach is one of partnership so it is vital that we feel we can work productively together. I always offer a free 'chemistry and contracting' session where we can meet, get to know each other, establish what you want to work on through coaching and how we will work together.
I usually suggest a minimum of four sessions to ensure that you can reap maximum benefit from the sessions. How many sessions you will need will depend, of course, on what you want to work on and your commitment.
